Looking for A Person To Join Our Team @ Rollins Insurance – Florence KY

I am looking to hire an additional person to join my team at Rollins Insurance, LLC.  We are moving our office location from Fort Thomas to Florence in September. 
 
Currently, we have two licensed agents (myself & my brother) working full-time.  Initially, we are looking to hire someone part-time to make sure they are the right fit for our agency.  Our hope is to turn the part-time position into a full-time position immediately following the 10-week test period.
 
We are looking for someone:
 
* with excellent grammar/spelling skills
* with CSR experience
* with some light sales experience
* who has a positive/energetic attitude
* who is a non-smoker * who is good on the phones
* who has effective communication skills
* who is punctual for work
* who is a team player
* who is self-motivated
* who has absolutely NO criminal offenses
* who has a desire to help other people
 
This would be a 9:00am to 5:00pm (Mon.-Fri.) career with paid training and licensing.  There would be a base salary plus commissions pay schedule.
Health insurance is currently provided, among other benefits such as paid vacation once earned.  The job requires no travel or personal expenses. 
The employee would sign an employee contract including a non-compete agreement.  The exact pay would depend upon the candidate's experience and their success in the agency.
 
The start date for this position would be immediately following the hire date.  All applicants would have to complete a complete background check and possible drug test.  We handle client money and sensitive information, so integrity is the biggest concern.
