Seeking Sales and Marketing Representative

The Motz Group of Companies recently acquired USGreentech, an innovative supplier of a proprietary, high performance infill product – Envirofill, and a highly engineered energy pad – Alveo Sports Layer. With over 60 successful sports and hundreds of landscape installations worldwide, our aim is to become a strong market leader in 2011.

Built on a 33-year foundation of innovation, The Motz Group of Companies is headquartered in the Cincinnati area.  We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing person in the Cincinnati area to develop leads in the following areas:

• Distributors
• Architects
• Engineers
• Landscape Architects
• Park and Recreation Districts
• Turf Installers

The ability to cultivate relationships, generate leads and secure relationships from these key sources is critical to our growth.  The successful candidate will have the unique ability to develop and nurture relationships and to translate those relationships into solid sales leads.  More specifically, we are looking for a person who has:

• 5+ Years of sales experience selling services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a strong referral network.
• Ability to work as an advocate, consultant and educator.
• Proven ability to exceed goals.
• Proven skills in creative and innovative selling techniques specific to focused markets. 
• Must be organized, self-driven, detail-oriented and able to work in a team-based environment.
• Willingness and excitement to travel at least 50%.
