Employee Benefits- Account manager

Position Summary: Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. Ensures organizations services consistently meet client needs. May be responsible for sustaining and renewing client contracts. May require a license, or bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Processes enrollment request or changes, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Address member questions and concerns in all areas including enrollment, claims, and benefit interpretation. Responsible for receiving, responding to and directing member phone calls. Provides available information upon request and escalates issues as appropriate. Maintains confidentiality per HIPPA guidelines.

Ideal candidate should have a College degree. Candidate should exemplify excellent people skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Microsoft word & Excel experience.
