Product Manager:
Centennial, Inc. is actively seeking product management talent and leadership to join one of our highly valued client companies. This strategic role works cross-functionally with clients, prospects, internal operations, sales, training and information technology.  The Product Manager is responsible for product management of externally used HR software and services developed internally or integrated via third party offerings. With ownership of analyzing and optimizing HR products’ P&Ls, this product visionary leads in leveraging existing and innovative HR services for increased overall revenue, client satisfaction and retention.  Experience working in a software & application development organization is very important. Ideal candidate's will either have knowledge of HR services and software products OR will have experience developing software and applications to support external enterprises - web applications, software engineering, software as a service (SAAS) tools and products. Full product development lifecycle (PDLC), business case analysis, market trend analysis, sales forecasting and competitive analysis experience is a great addition to the 'ideal' candidate.

Our client is an industry leader in packaging servicing the  food, beverage, household goods, pharmaceutical, and other diverse consumer and industrial industries.
