Requirements/Qualifications

 

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

 

-Minimum of two (2) years retail experience or industrial experience

 

-Prior management training required

 

-Knowledge of store merchandizing, operations, and retail management

practices and procedures

 

-Strong leadership and organizational skills

 

-Weekends and Holidays, peak season availability

 

-Oral and written communication skills strong at every level and externally

 

-Experience selecting, assessing, coaching and developing associates,

preferably in a retail environment preferably

 

-Experience leading groups across multiple departments preferred

 

-Proven ability to manage and mentor team members, lead and influence

cross-functional working groups, achieve results

 

-Microsoft Office Suite computer skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook
