Now Hiring for Manager Trainees                                                                             

$10.00-$11.50 per hour

Multiple Locations

Responsible for learning role function of the following positions: Product Tech, CSR, Sales Manager and Customer Account Manager. Complete training modules and perform the role of each position during training. The Normal progression is Manager Trainee, Sales Manager, Customer Account Manager. The Goal is to complete all steps and demonstrate mastered skills to be promoted to Store Manager. During training you will be required to show mastered skills, Showroom merchandising and pricing. Safely operate a company vehicle. Collections, calling scheduling, Taking correct payments and posting customer information, Execute the FLOW including phone sales.  Must be able to use computer system correctly and proper delivery of Merchandise to customers homes.
