We’re looking for two Part time ‘Customer Service Representatives’.  We provide the training and you provide the GREAT attitude!

A customer service representative is expected to provide superior customer service.  You will be responsible for handling by phone and in person queries regarding bank and mortgage loan products, opening, closing and maintaining checking, savings, certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts.  Receiving and processing new client accounts, customer retention, implementing requested changes to existing accounts and performing other account maintenance and clerical duties as requested.

We have offices located at:

Fort Mitchell – 2500 Chamber Center Drive – right off of Buttermilk Pike

Fort Thomas – 602 South Fort Thomas Avenue

Florence – 8735 U.S.  Highway 42

We’re open for business 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 12 noon on Saturday.  Ideally we’re interested in folks who have availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
