POLL WORKERS NEEDED – Kenton County KY

 

The Democratic and Republican Commissioners on the Kenton County Board of Elections are now accepting applications for poll workers for the November Election.

 

A poll worker must be 18 years of age or older, a registered voter in Kenton County, and also a resident of Kenton County . On Election Day, Tuesday, November 2nd.  Workers must report to their assigned polling place by 5:30 a.m. and stay until the polling place is closed and all materials returned to the Court House.  This is usually finished by 7 pm.

 

Poll workers are also required to take a two hour training session prior to the election.  There are multiple sessions from which to choose and these will be given in mid October. 

 

Workers will be paid $20.00 for attending the training session and $125.00 for their work on Election day.
