Director of Benefits /Employment Services

The Director of Benefits/Employment Services (DBE) is responsible for the development, implementation, and outcomes of the benefits and employment service area. The DBE collaborates with the leadership of other service areas to develop an integrated services approach so as to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the agency and community.

Education, Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge Requirements:

„X Bachelor’s degree minimum

„X Experience in the field of employment services and experience/knowledge of government benefits for the low-income population.

„X Experience with poverty and homeless issues a plus.

„X Extensive experience with staff supervision and training.

„X Extensive experience with program development.

„X Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
