We are currently looking for a Direct To Consumer Marketing Manager that will be primarily responsible for customer usage and retention, analysis and customer research.

As a Direct To Consumer Marketing Manager you will:

~Develop and implement various marketing tools to increase activations, improve card usage and enrollment (usage of features)

~ Develop and analyze features and retention metrics to monitor ongoing enrollment and usage of features and their impact on retention as a basis for development of retention and customer loyalty tools

~Design, execution and in-depth data analysis of various surveys providing valuable insights on customer behavior

~Develop and execute all sweepstakes/promotions

 

Qualified candidates will possess:

~ Bachelor in business, marketing or other related field

~1-3 years experience in direct marketing and campaign execution, with internet/web-based marketing experience preferred

~Direct to Consumer (via Web Interface) marketing experience is a MUST!

~Excellent written and verbal communication skills

~Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
