Abrapower Inc., located in Florence, Kentucky, will be accepting applications for full-time positions as Production Line workers.   Our manufacturing facility produces sanding blocks, pads and nail buffers.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

           

1.      The employee must be able to work Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Hourly compensation is $8.50 per hour during probationary period and training period.  Once probationary and training periods are completed and production target is met, hourly wage increases to $.50 per hour and reviewed thereafter.

 

2.      The employee must be able to stand for extended periods of time while working.  Occasionally, the employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and communicate with team members.

 

3.      The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to a maximum of 15 pounds.

 

4.      The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration, a high level of dust particles, loud noise level and high temperatures. The employee works near moving mechanical parts.
