Position Summary:

Innotrac is currently recruiting for a seasonal Generalist to help our Human Resources Department through the busy season. 

The position will begin approximately on September 7, 2010 and will potentially last through the first or second week of December.

The hours are 8am-4pm from September to the third week of November and potentially 11 am to 8 pm from November for the last month of the assignment.

This is a fast paced  "jack of all trades, master of none"  position. The position will include the recruitment of entry level staff, orientations, new hire paperwork, and keying hires into ADP payroll / Kronos timekeeping. 

The position is located in our warehouse in Hebron, KY only a few minutes from the Greater Cincinnati Airport off of 275.

Position Requirements:

1.     Must have previous ADP experience.

2.     Must have Kronos timekeeping experience.

3.     Must have high volume recruiting experience for entry-level associates.

4.     Positive can do attitude in a constant changing high volume business environment.

5.     Must be able to work with employees from diverse backgrounds.

Salary:
$20 / hr - W2 position
