Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods 

·         Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit

·         Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met

·         Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process

·         Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts

·         Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·         Dynamic, high energy personality

·         Excellent time management and prioritization skills

·         Recruiting experience in corporate environment

·         Specific experience in Scientific recruiting

·         Strong ability to use effectively in internet sourcing

·         Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing

·         Ability to source candidates from job boards, niche sites, job fairs, networking

·         Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)

·         Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

·         High attention to detail and organizational capabilities

·         Flexibility and ability to work 40+ hours per week when necessary 

Experience 

·         Minimum of 2-5 years experience in full-cycle Scientific  recruiting for diverse skill sets in a high volume position. 

 

Education

·          Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
