Account Manager-Sales Openings for both Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky

We are expanding our US operations and are looking for a top-notch sales professional to begin building our business. 

This primary purpose for the position is to generate new staffing clients through effective sales and marketing practices.  Key activities will include establishing and maintaining client relationships, telemarketing, direct sales calls and following the Advantage Staffing system of Territory Management and Weekly Planning. 

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Develop new business and increase gross margin profitably

·         Develop new accounts through telephone and direct sales for temporary, temp to hire and contingency search business

·         Manage priorities and service clients 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience

·         Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Professional demeanor

·         Clean driving record

·         Legal authorization to work in the United States

·         Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
