Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods

* Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill &

cultural fit

* Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR

management to ensure hiring requirements are met

* Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and

hiring process

* Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts

* Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers in

a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Dynamic, high energy personality

* Excellent time management and prioritization skills

* Recruiting experience in corporate environment

* Specific experience in Scientific recruiting

* Strong ability to use effectively in internet sourcing

* Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing

* Ability to source candidates from job boards, niche sites, job

fairs, networking

* Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* High attention to detail and organizational capabilities

* Flexibility and ability to work 40+ hours per week when necessary

Experience

* Minimum of 2-5 years experience in full-cycle Scientific recruiting

for diverse skill sets in a high volume position.

Education

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience and

education
