JOB TITLE: Project Manager

DEPARTMENT: Integration Services

SUPERVISOR: VP of Engineering

1. „h Substantial experience in planning, managing and executing complex material handling projects.
2. „h Organizes all proposal and contract work.
3. „h Oversees daily activities.
4. „h Assists in sales calls and presentations.
5. „h Coordinates any inspections regarding permits.
6. „h Generates and maintains Weekly Status Reports.
7. „h Organizes and conducts weekly status meetings.
8. „h Completes Subcontractor Agreement forms for all subs on every contract.
9. „h Creates and maintains Project Binders/Documentation including the ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering, installation and integration.
10. „h Coordinates installations of all trades.
11. „h Conducts operator and safety training.
12. „h Point person for client communications post contract.
13. „h Tracks invoice dates and proactively communicates changes/updates.

1. „h Minimum seven years experience in Material Handling Industry.
2. „h Six Sigma Qualification/Lean Training Certification.
3. „h Well-developed verbal/interpersonal skills required to maintain favorable customer relations.
4. „h Ability to work without direct supervision.
5. „h High degree of responsibility.
6. „h Excellent problem solving, judgment making, and organizational skills.
7. „h Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
8. „h Computer skills being proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
9. „h Ability to learn vendor software.
10. „h Occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
11. „h Occasional climbing of scaffolding and/or mezzanines.
12. „h Ability to sit in and/or drive a vehicle for long periods of time.
