„h Schedule IDI’s, send evaluation forms, manage Case Study cumulative file: update and maintain

„h Assist in keeping process manual and templates current

„h Scalyx email system

o Set up email account (yourencore.net) for experts on P&G projects

„h Assist with reporting when needed

„h Manage New Client/Alliance Partners paperwork (CDA, etc) and notification

„h Manage TA paperwork and scheduling of reconnect sessions

„h Meeting coordination and support

„h Any other tasks requested to support the everyday sales and operations of the Cincinnati office.

Assist/Back-Up Client Support Specialist Activities

„h Approve time and expenses

„h Train new experts/TA’s on usage of BigTime

„h Invoice support

o send email to BBP Req with invoice copy and instructions to GR

o Follow up on GR issues

o Follow up on invoice payment issues

Assist/Back-Up On-boarding New Experts on Projects

„h Provide back-up for one-on-one on-boarding

Assist/Back-up New Expert Enrollment

Includes P&G US and P&G Eu retirees

„h Provide support by sending and collecting the paperwork required for the enrollment process

„h Local experts are invited to visit our office to enroll in person

o CIA and Applicant Agreement are prepared and sent in advance of the meeting

o Provide Innovation Community information
