We seek: Operation Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include phone interviewing applicant references and verifying details of prior employment and education. Information is then entered into a database.

Qualifications/ skills needed.

Experience with copy machines, fax machines, data entry. Requires excellent grammar, good speaking skills, data entry accuracy and friendly personality. Ability to multitask a plus. Knowledge of PC’s with Office Suite also of value. Friendly co-working staff. Salary and benefits.  Full time

Operation assistant generally works with other people and should be cooperative and able to work as part of a team. They must be willing to change to meet the unexpected requirements of the job and be willing to learn and utilize updated software packages and new office equipment.
