One of Greater Cincinnati’s fastest growing Companies is adding a Travel and Expense Administrator to their team due to growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Processes employee reimbursement travel and entertainment (T&E) reports of business related expenses.
• Audits T&E reports to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Responsible for maintenance of configuration and control settings of the T&E application.
• Manages the company’s Purchasing Card program, allocating credits lines where necessary.
• Manages the company’s T&E Corporate Card program, issuing new cards, monitoring compliance and managing individual employee credit limits where necessary.
• Responds to employee inquiries and concerns regarding status of reimbursement for T&E reports.
• Prepares and distributes necessary reporting for management review.
• Facilitates transition of current processes and new process initiatives while ensuring ongoing integrity of financial and operational control objects.  Assesses and documents process and procedural changes and the implications to the internal controls environment.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities to increase departmental efficiencies.  Proposes and implements best practices.


REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance Degrees preferred)
• Travel and Entertainment and Purchase Card program experience
• Minimum 5+ years of directly related experience
• Able to anticipate customer needs and be a member of cross functional teams to resolve and implement solutions to non-standard, complex business issues.  
• Capable of completing work assignments independently or with minimal supervision/guidance on complex issues.
• Ability to manage own time and other's time to meet objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment requiring the administration and completion of multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of effectively communicating management decisions to achieve understanding and acceptance.
